Home warranty company assigned them due to a leak under the bathtub. The tech said I was missing a pressure fitting and immediately went to get the part. Came back without tools and asked me for channel lock pliers that I went to get. He replaced the fitting in about 10 minutes. When he was finished he made sure it wasn't leaking. I met him downstairs where the leak was and he said that the warranty company denied my claim and charged me for the parts and warranty deductible for the visit. called way before job didnt leave a voicemail, called back 3 times finally got someone to call me back to say 4 hour appointment is rescheduled with 3 hours left in appointment, wouldn't give me a supervisor, couldn't guarantee a callback, lol
We had a great experience with them. They came out for a problem and this is who our home warranty company sent. I couldn't have asked for a better company to come do the work. They were all so kind and I felt that the price was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone!!
This company goes above and beyond for their clients. Yesterday they came to my house on a call from my home warranty company. Long story, but my home warranty was giving us the run-around about this. My technician, John, came out and replaced the part we needed, but he found another messed up part. He bought and replaced it on his own dime, without even asking for us to pay for it. Such a great example of customer service! Thank you guys so much!

We moved into our new house and our water heater started leaking shortly after moving in. Butler Plumbing & Restoration's Murray came out promptly and figured out we had to have it replaced. He worked with the home warranty people and got us a new one within days. Awesome genuine customer service!!
