I highly recommend Butler Plaza if you are looking for a clean, convenient, well maintained apartment in Madison. Devon and Butler Management provide superior customer service. They are very pleasant, easy to work with and quick to respond.
This is a very unprofessional management company. I was genuinely interested in renting one of their apartments, but all I got in return was a very rude response.
The building is in a great location close to James Madison park and downtown Madison. Management is responsive, contributing to a positive living experience.
I've lived in Butler Plaza for 3 years and have had a great experience! The location is ideal right by the Capitol Square and not too far from the university, and the apartment itself is clean, quiet, updated, and the perfect size. I particularly love the amenities in the kitchen (with an ice machine and disposal!) and the discount you get at Capital Fitness.
