This is a very unprofessional management company. I was genuinely interested in renting one of their apartments, but all I got in return was a very rude response.
The building is in a great location close to James Madison park and downtown Madison. Management is responsive, contributing to a positive living experience.
I've lived in Butler Plaza for 3 years and have had a great experience! The location is ideal right by the Capitol Square and not too far from the university, and the apartment itself is clean, quiet, updated, and the perfect size. I particularly love the amenities in the kitchen (with an ice machine and disposal!) and the discount you get at Capital Fitness. They’re professional enough that you know you’re in good hands and human enough that they’ll get back to you quickly for repair work or other issues. 5/5, would rent from again
I really loved living at Butler Plaza and am very sad to be leaving!! The building is very well maintained. The common areas are meticulously cleaned daily, the landscaping is beautiful, and the maintenance team is always around the building. The one or two small maintenance issues I had were resolved within 24 hours and handled very professionally. The community is VERY pet friendly which I love and appreciate.
