They are in such a rush to clock out towards the end of their shift that no one bothered to update our medical records. Therefore, my daughter had to undergo several unnecessary procedures. once they were complete, I was told the doctor who delivered wrote a sticky note but never bothered to input information into their computer system. my entire stay, I was harassed multiples times a day. My husband and I felt unheard, dismissed, belittled and bullied by the majority of the staff. It was a downright traumatic postpartum experience. There is no chance in hell we will ever go back or recommend this place to anyone. Should’ve been the happiest days of our lives and we were absolutely miserable and just wanted to go home. We can’t get that precious time back but maybe we can spare others from a horrible experience ✌🏼

(CDC) On January 7, Lashonda Hazard and her baby died after not being properly evaluated. An investigation should be opened and a serious overhaul of care is needed at this facility.
