this is not a safe space for black women. Google Lashonda Hazard. presented with extreme abdominal/pelvic pain during pregnancy, was sent home to die. denied care by this racist hospital.
I’ve had 2 babies at w&i. It was horrible both times. I also attempted to go there when I had clotting and bleeding during pregnancy and preterm labor - I ended up having to threaten to leave before anyone took me seriously and gave me decent care. My first baby I had there, they forced me to get an epidural and when I asked them to turn it down they told me I couldn’t handle it, and denied me. How unbelievably negligent and gross is your hospital practices and behaviors. I should not know who Lashonda Hazard is all the way in SC because you murdered her and her unborn child. I hope you forever remember her and what you allowed to happen. I hope her family sues and takes you under!
