We had a great experience w/Butler and with Andy in particular when purchasing a new Yanmar mini-ex. Patient and totally open throughout a major purchase for the business - can't recommend enough, and that's after comparing and working with literally a dozen other dealers.
So all the reviews that I see are typically from homeowners looking to purchase power equipment I would recommend the store for pros when you know what you’re looking for it makes shopping easier and that’s what they’re there for I’ve spent thousands of dollars with this business their customer service was absolutely fantastic and I’ve literally been using them for close to a decade now.

All the above reviews seem to say it all . Whats to add .. they have a problem with training or just the culture in this company is broken . Happy employees happy customers . Id fire tho whole place if i was the owner .
Horrible service! Rude and not helpful service attendants. Bought 2 plows and a commercial mower from them. Never again! Will take business elsewhere. Had an issue with plow and they pretty much told me to take it somewhere else.
The customer service here is very bad. They've picked up my snow blower 4 weeks ago, charged me $150.00 and I haven't heard from them since. Every time I call, I get the run around. They promise to look into why it's taking so long to service my snowblower and will call me back, but you never get a call back and when you do, they don't have an answer, but still have my money and equipment.
