Absolutely love this place and especially Dr. Shell. They have taken care of both my fur babies since they were 6 weeks old (now 7 and 8 years old). I would go anywhere else or trust my babies with anyone other than them!!!!
Me and Chance the cat recommend Dr Emert for all your needs. She has doctored my cat and dog on several occasions. Dr Emert is always patient despite how anxious both me and the furkids can get. I was pleasantly surprised at how efficient the front desk was, they retrieved Chance's records from another vet seamlessly. The facilities are immaculately clean and well kept and the office location is convenient. Five stars! �����
I brought my little nugget Nova in when she was about three months old. I had recently moved to the area and read so many wonderful reviews about this place and rightfully so! The staff has always been so welcoming when we walk in the door. Nova loves them, even if she doesn't enjoy the exam itself. Haha! I had to leave her there once for a full day when she was really small and I was so nervous but they calmed my nerves and she was in great hands! Dr.McClintock was wonderful with my corgi! I came for a second opinion but have found a new home for all three of my corgis. The whole team made us feel welcome.
Yesterday we had an emergency with our 14 year old senior pup named PJ. We usually see Dr. Shell but he was out yesterday so we saw Dr. McClintock. She was absolutely wonderful and got PJ fixed up with her wound. She is feeling much better today. I have always been very impressed with this office and their staff. Everybody is friendly and the office is very clean. I recommend Dr. Shell or Dr. McClintock if you are looking for a vet. I have a lot of confidence with these Doctors.
We LOVE Dr Shell but were not impressed at all with what happened recently when we took our cat in for annual shots. Not only was our cat not given a shot we specifically requested multiple times (3 yr rabies - he was given a 1 yr instead), the office then called us the next day, saying they forgot to charge us for a 2nd shot. When we checked our receipt, it turns out we had ALREADY paid for the 2nd shot. They refunded the double charge, but this, along with the screw up over the rabies shot, should have never happened UPDAT... read more
They are very nice and friendly. The place is very clean. They are great for boarding animals.
