I had never gone to them before but they are the only vet in the area that cares for guinea pigs and my daughter 's 9 year old guinea pig was very sick. I called them at 5 pm and the staff was wonderful(thank you Hannah) and they immediately got us in for an appointment to humanely euthanize Oreo. The vet and the staff were very caring and compassionate and would highly recommend them. I was not a regular customer and they went above and beyond for us. Thank you again.
Super nice place. I took my kitty baby in for a check up. It was calm and quiet while we were there, and the staff was very nice and helpful. I'll be coming back here for all my boy's check ups.
Exceptional service, friendly staff and techs, and Dr Shell is the best!
The staff is always friendly! Dr. Shell also takes as much time as you need to answer questions and give advice! I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet!
My dog had her spay surgery today and I was beyond stressed about it. The staff here is awesome and they definitely went above and beyond making sure both my pup and I were comfortable. They called me prior to taking her into surgery and allowed me to wait in office while waiting on surgery to end. My dog does not handle crating well and has previously developed a GI bleed from the stress.
