We were going through a difficult time with our 18 yr old dog and made the decision to put her down. The team at Butler Creek was so compassionate and kind and made Chloes end of life transition comfortable. They sent us a personalized sympathy card with her paw print and flower seeds to plant in her honor. I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them for any if your pets needs.
All 5 of my animals over the past 15 years have gone to butler creek. They have always been so kind and wonderful, even on the hardest days. We’ve been at butler creek the last 3 days in a row with my cat. Today she had surgery, and I was so thankful for everyone in the office who dealt with my panicked questions and tears with such empathy and consideration. Thank you to Dr. Shell and everyone at the butler creek office! I love you guys! You saved my cat’s life today! 💕
Absolutely NOT. I'd rather drive 2 hours to a Vet Hospital in Rush hour traffic and spend 3 hours to drive back, than to get a checkup done 5 miles away at this one again.
Dr Shell, the office staff, Lisa the groomer and Millie the trainer are without a doubt the best around. Playcare is awesome!
We have been taking our dogs to Butler Creek for years. We love all their vets but particularly Dr. Shell. He accurately diagnosed Cushings Disease in our cocker spaniel who lived to be nearly 17 years old, thanks to their excellent care. When the sad day came when our dog had to be euthanized, the staff there was compassionate and exceptional. We have boarded and groomed our dogs there many times and were happy with their care. We live far away from BC, but it is worth the drive for quality treatment!
If cedarcrest isn’t available, I’d go to butler.
The people I work with are amazing... you can do no wrong if you choose to pick us to take care of all four fur babies!!
