I live in California and have been looking for a certain car. Luckily i was able to find one at Butler Acura in Ashland. Ed gave me a call back, he has been so professional and helpful throughout this whole process. If your going into Butler be sure to ask for Ed, he’ll make you very comfortable and you’ll feel more like a good friend than just a client.
Worst management ever.... here I am trying to make a deal and no one returns my call or writes back. Matthew was the first one to reach out to me ONCE... after that, who knows what happened to him. This dude vanished better than a magicians trick. I tried contacting a manager several times and the guy who picks up was very rude. Hung up on me a couple of times and sent me straight to voicemails. Left a message in hopes of someone reaching out to me but that was just a waste of my time... still haven't heard back. I can not imagine a better experience. The salesman, Rex Cunningham, was very knowledgeable about the car and the explained the safety features. He was helpful on the test drive, pointing out things I might not have thought about. He even helped me return my rental car. I
