RecommendedCalled Butchs about a blown shock on my sons UTV. Jake went above and beyond to ensure they had the right part before we drove 2 hours from Dumont Dunes. Not only did they have the right parts, they provided quick turn around at a really fair price. My sons can was back together in less than a day. These guys set the bar for customer service.

I normally come in this place a couple times a year to get miscellaneous parts that are hard to find and they have normally been great with helping out and figuring out what I need. The last two times including today when I come in I wait about 15 minutes while everybody is chit-chatting in the back they tell me they will be right with me and dang near 30 minutes later I still have no help from anyone there and they were not busy to necessitate me being ignored. didn't get any help, didn't get the parts I needed, guess I'll ... read more
