My fiance and I went there on February 13 2016. Our steak was burned, we had mignon steak.,each steak was almost $30 a piece. Our onion rings were terrible. Horrible meal. Never ever going back!!!!!! John Feddersen
Very disappointed, was always our favorite steak restaurant, Delmonico steak was very thin and ordered medium rare and was medium if that, waitress acted like she didn't really care and didn't offer to fix a replacement UGH
Well considering we sat there for 2 hrs and the hostess was extremely rude, we decided not to wait any longer, because there was still no sign of getting seated anytime soon. Spoke to the manager and he didn't care at all. So our party of twelve will be spending our money elsewhere.
Luv...luv...luv this place! Have been there numerous times, and never been disappointed. Always had great food...and service...whether it be for drinks...burgers.. or a meal. Can't wait to be back!
We were so excited to try this for our anniversary!! Food was cold, steak was burnt(ordered mw), and service was poor! I get a thank you when I'm leaving from Milio's and I've only spent $6! Super disappointed after spending $50 on a meal!
The food is awesome and the service was amazing as well. We have not been disappointed here yet!
The worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. Horrible service, horrible management and horrible follow-up. Two thumbs DOWN! Thank you Kathi for the follow-up. A little customer focus would have been nice!
