Some things are good but some are not worth eating
The food was good, but I had to move from my table to another! The air condition doesn't work well, I got very hot and after spending money on all you can eat fish I couldn't even eat my first plate of food due to the heat! We left I have respiratory problems and this was in called for.
Honestly this is my favorite place to eat In Monroe not to mention it's cheap. Me and my girlfriend will usually come here once a week and I always get a burger or the chicken fingers which are amazing for some odd reason and also their ranch (I dip everything in ranch) is AMAZING (seriously try it)!
I will never go back. The food is pretty decent but the service is awful! All the young ladies that work there act as if it's a burden to serve you. This is not a one time observation. I have been going there for 6 moths and this is a constant. The last time I was there I handed the young lady my card for payment and she threw it back at me. Not, hand it to me or even laying on the counter; she actually threw it on the counter at me. I'm done with the crappy service and small/unseasoned portions.
We stopped by for a late lunch between antique store stops. Good selection of blue plate specials and reasonable prices.
We love the food and the great customer service! Thank you Butcher Block!
