Dr Garlapati has been a god send to me & my family. He has worked with us for years to help manage my chronic illnesses. He is compassionate, caring, thorough, extremely competent & a very smart physican. My family & I feel very fortunate to have such a trusted & beloved physican during a time where good physicians are hard to come by.
Dr. Garlapati truly cares about his patients. He has, literally, saved my life. I have been seeing him for close to 10 years. He only hires the best nurses and his staff is a caring, professional group.
I know we all like to read reviews before we go to a doctor, me too. However I did not on Dr Garlapati, so glad I didn't. He is in my opinion the best pain management doctor ever and his staff are the best too. I believe the way you treat people is what you get back. In the 5+ years I have been going here, He has done everything he could possibly do to help me with my degenerative arthritis (which there is no real cure for). I thank God for this man, who has helped me so much.
Great doctor. Really concerned about your pain. Past year staff has went downhill. Wait times exceeding an hour and forty five minutes. When you tell front office they are too busy joking around and just tell you to sit down and wait. When prescriptions are faxed out refills not put on and patients don't know because they don't see the prescriptions ahead of time. This is really a problem when your insurance insists on home delivery. Prescriptions not faxed out and insurance has to contact them.
I've always been treated with great concern. Dr.Garlapati has been treating me for five years and has gone beyond conventional measures to make my life more comfortable.After initially working with me I am now on a regiment of medication to alleviate my chronic pain and put quality back in my daily routine. He and the whole staff are a true blessing.
Doctors and nurses don't listen to patients. I have 10 appointments a month if you miss one it takes them 2 weeks to get you in again. For a 5 minute appointment this is ridiculous.
