I wish I could give Butch Nantz Plumbing zero stars. He replaced a 15 year old hot water tank that was leaking in my attic and destroyed the ceiling. Two months later severe leak in new hot water tank that took out ceiling again. It is protocol to change the flex inlet pipe according to the plumber that had to fix Nantz's inadequate work. Nantz put in new tank and connected to original old pipe without a washer...recipe for disaster. Nantz doesn't return phone calls or texts because he knows he should be accountable for the ... read more

I needed a plumber to replace my dated hot water tank that had problems with the flex pipes, fittings, and pilot (ie, old and time to replace). These problems ultimately resulted in a leak through my ceiling from the tank in the attic. After researching ***** ***** Plumbing (reading good reviews online & being a local family owned and operated business), I decided to use this company for the job. I came home to a screaming water heater and a flooded kitchen. They were here within honestly 20-30 minutes. They replaced the water heater in no time. Billy was very efficient and kind. Great People doing Great Work! Thank-You!!!

I have used them several times and each interaction is a pleasure. They are so fast and friendly! My second experience with them speaks volumes as to what kind of company they are. I was so upset when I discovered a leak with my main shutoff valve and thought about having to find a plumber that would be trustworthy and come out quickly. Then I remembered my previous experience with Nantz Plumbing and felt a wave of relief. I called them and explained the situation.
