Paid them $100 to replace a toilet flange. Instead of crawling under the floor, he just sawed the top off of the pipe and put in a smaller flange. He was in a hurry. A week later the bathroom floor was spungy. I called them back and a woman said she would pass along the information. Never heard back from anyone and they wouldn’t answer the phone. I wound up having to replace the entire bathroom floor. Terrible service.
Besides any indoor plumbing issues, I just had them redo leach lines & fields. These guys are rock solid keeping your best interests in mind!
We woke up this morning with septic problems. Busy Bee was the 4th one we called but the first to actually answer the phone. They showed up in Jackson County within an hour. I highly recommend to anyone. They will be the FIRST ones called next time. Thanks guys!!
We are fairly new to the London Kentucky area and needed to replace the septic tank at our home. We contacted Boyce and his team and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the service we received. They were extremely prompt in all of their services. All aspects of the work were professionally performed. Quoted pricing was fair and pricing of services was throughly explained. Busy Bee Plumbing is awesome!!! They worked in the freezing cold to put in a new hot water heater and were very fast in installation. They were very awesome in coming out quickly as well!! Super professional and easy to work with. They are great!!!
