We have been using this company for about twenty years and they have always provided excellent service. On the initial call, the two other companies I consulted told me I needed a new furnace. This company was honest when I asked about the furnace. Though it will probably need to be replaced soon, I still have that furnace. So, I guess the other companies were wrong and greedy.

This is a top-notch company to do business with. Everyone we have had to deal with has represented the company in a courteous and professional manner. From the initial installation of our unit in 2010 to the very few times we needed service, the techs were all totally engaged in the process from start to finish. When it comes time to replace our current unit, there is no doubt who will get the call. Other companies would do well to follow Busy Bee Heating & Air Conditioning business model.

Great company. The technician was very sweet and responded quickly to the message I had left for an appointment. He was able to get us in quickly! I called a couple of places and their price couldn't be beaten. When they arrived this morning, they were on time, fast, and clean. He was also very nice! I would highly recommend Busy Bee Heating & Air Conditioning!

Wonderful people Every time they go, they take pictures. They give you straightforward choices; there is no sales pitch; they just get the job done. When I had questions, they would respond after hours and promptly send me an estimate. Additionally, they offered a discount for cash and full payment. highly recommended. Everything was very nice, and even the people who answered the phone were incredible! Fantastic work, guys!
