We have been waiting THREE WEEKS for someone to measure our front door for a new screen door. Ridiculous! I can only imagine how long it will take to have someone install it. Go elsewhere for doors and windows. The only answer we get when we call is that they are "backed up". Well, then...

Stopped here today to check it out ... I've never been in a busy beaver before. I walked around for a while and grabbed a pack of garbage bags that were priced at 2.99. I went to the register to pay. These garbage bags rang up for over 5 dollars. The cashier said do you have a rewards card? I said no but I questioned her about the price difference. She stated that you had to have a rewards card to get that price. She did not offer me to sign up for this program only told me to insert my card. I was NOT happy with my service ... read more
RecommendedI just witnessed one of the most heartbreaking things ever at the New Kensington Busy Beaver. A woman came into the store with her oxygen in a backpack, the store employee made her remove the tank from the bag and place the bag behind the counter. I understand it is the stores policy not to allow backpacks, but this is just ridiculous!!! The woman had to place her tank into a cart she had to get herself and continue into the store!! I will NEVER step foot into Busy Beaver again after seeing this!!!!
Busy beaver is the best Newly remodeled. Mark the baddest there is superfriendly n will give u the shirt off his back. Will get u what u want n give u the best deal around. Not a scared to get his hands dirty. The new owner is the same way makin the Beaver a superstore
omg stop moving things all I need is a 3$ hose clams and your staff cant even find it! Off to Lowes I go again!
