We have been waiting THREE WEEKS for someone to measure our front door for a new screen door. Ridiculous! I can only imagine how long it will take to have someone install it. Go elsewhere for doors and windows. The only answer we get when we call is that they are "backed up". Well, then...
Should be 1/2 star....bought and paid for wall stone 7 weeks ago and still has not come in to the store. Both managers (Matt and Mark) are liars for the company....never do business with Busy Beaver....
Stopped here today to check it out ... I've never been in a busy beaver before. I walked around for a while and grabbed a pack of garbage bags that were priced at 2.99. I went to the register to pay. These garbage bags rang up for over 5 dollars. The cashier said do you have a rewards card? I said no but I questioned her about the price difference. She stated that you had to have a rewards card to get that price. She did not offer me to sign up for this program only told me to insert my card. I was NOT happy with my service ... read more
It would be fine if things came in on time when you are told they are suppose to be in after a week! And they were suppose to call us Wednesday and never called us and it's Sunday so we go down. And they lost our door! Thanks for letting us know.
