I called before i came in for a item and the old lady manager with the glasses and blonde hair switch up her story and said i never talked to her. She rude and should not be a manager.. Home depot from now on just 5 min extra away.. .......................................................Well well we'll going out of business that's what happens when you lock you doors early and have poor customer service skills and piss poor leadership ..

Probably a good reason they’re going out of business. Worker just shut and locked doors 1/2 hour before closing time so she could make sure she left early. Hopefully she’s happier at her next job.

Ashtabula branch. Purchased items I did not need with bank card a couple weeks ago. I've been working extensively and only had today to return the items for refund. When I arrived the store is packed with people, and signs everywhere the store is closing. Thanks for letting the customers locally know!? Needless to say my request for refund was denied and I left. I will not return to any of these stores ever again. I don't care if it does sound petty. My refund should have been honored. There was no information sent the store... read more
