Dawn and Busy B go above and beyond when aware of a situation that may jeopardize a client or tenant.. if you pay your rent, you have no trouble..if problems occur. You can't wish her to resolve. You must tell her.. neighbors are not problem of landlord, tenant sets that mood. Would not hesitate to rent, lease or purchase from this business and neither should you.
