Well, Beyond just getting an awesome chic bike, which rides like a swan (not that I've ever ridden a swan...but there's a first for everything), I received advice and the tools necessary to (hopefully) survive on my new bike and the bike trips to come along with it. They answer all your questions, even the silly ones, which you bet were prominent in my bike-store interactions.
