Well, Beyond just getting an awesome chic bike, which rides like a swan (not that I've ever ridden a swan...but there's a first for everything), I received advice and the tools necessary to (hopefully) survive on my new bike and the bike trips to come along with it. They answer all your questions, even the silly ones, which you bet were prominent in my bike-store interactions. A great big THANK YOU to Bustleton Bikes and the people who have made me feel (slightly) more confident and able to ride on!
I really like this bike store. Since I live less than 5 to 10 minutes away, I would take my bike over to get service. The selection of bikes are pricy I will agree but if you want a real nice stable well built bike then this is THE place to go. Great accessories as well AND they will fit you for the right bike.
