Bought two bikes from Bustleton Bikes and couldn't be happier. The entire staff (Mike, Carl, Joel, Alex, etc) are extremely knowledgeable and will help you find exactly what you're looking for. They are all very friendly and will give you 1 on 1 service rather than being misguided and rushed like in a big box store. I will never take my business elsewhere!
The care and time they took with me to find the perfect bike that fit me and my body style properly was amazing. They have so much knowledge of bikes, and what bikes fit the kind of rider you are. I was absolutely blown away by the service, and care they had for me. They aren't about selling you something to take home, they are about helping you to love cycling as much as they do. Will only shop at Bustleton Bikes from here on out!!! Thanks Joel and all the dudes at the shop!!
My wife and I went there to get her a mountain bike. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great service, great prices and no hassle. I'm certainly going back for all my bike and accessory needs, and would not hesitate to send friends or family there too.
I just got home from there and it was a great experience. Nick is very knowledgeable and explained to me what I needed to understand. My new seat is awsome. Thanks for making my day off great. Will be a returning customer indefinitely
Awesome staff, they changed out my new tires while I waited. Let me know about the group training ride that they do every other Sunday. I will definitely stay a customer for life. Thanks guys you definitely took good care of my specialized.
I am very impressed with Bustleton Bikes! I saw a lot of great reviews about this shop. I traveled over an hour to come check out this shop. The customer service was world class, top notch. They were helpful,knowledgeable and down to earth. I did purchase a Trek Bike that I am very pleased with. My overall experience with Bustleton Bikes was perfect. I passed a lot of bike shops to come to Bustleton Bikes and I will continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you Nicholas, Mike and Joe!
