needed to get service on car, called in the morning, had an appointment for that afternoon, they also found a small oil leak and ordered parts to fix it, paid for by extended warranty. Enjoyed the afternoon talking to other customers and to Mim Miles, catching up on the automobile industry, we had bought cars here for more than 30 years
We bought a Ford Escape from Buster Miles yesterday. Clint Cochran, Curtis Butler, and Leslie ? went above and beyond to get the payments that I needed. I appreciate their courtesy and understanding. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them for future purchases.

People seem to have a great buying experience at most any dealership. You are excited about the new car and everything is GREAT. But what happens after the sale?
