I went into this store on Saturday at 1230. To check out some Brighton jewelry. Upon entering not greeted or acknowledged. I looked at some Brighton jewelry didn't find what I was looking for. When I approached the counter I was thinking that I was going to get help with what I was looking for. The girl with long black hair said everything we had do out. HORRIBLE service, rude. They screw up an out of town order, $70.00 and their going to be rude. NEVER AGAIN. Ba da bloom will have it delivered today. They have my business from now on. She was pleasant and I would have paid extra to have it today. I didn't have to and saved money. Ba da bloom..... love it
The place has never been the same since Tholens took over. It used to have a wonderful and informed staff. Its overpriced and can get the same quailty flowers at jewel for 75% less
