Today I ordered a beautiful arrangement. Although, it was a very busy day for them, they where able to get the flowers delivered in the time frame that I needed. It made the birthday girls day!!!
My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers to be ordered for our 10 year anniversary. He hasn’t missed getting flowers in over 10 years. They were “supposed” to be delivered yesterday. Never came, apparently it was voided on their end and we will get a refund but this doesn’t even make it right after something that was suppose to be a present done yearly. They had no idea what happened or anything until I called which I shouldn’t of had too. Upset at this situation.
i ordered a designer's choice plant basket that specifically said plants and fresh cut flowers to be delivered to funeral 2 days before the funeral through pro flowers. Busse and Rieck recieved the order and not only didn't deliver the flowers to the funeral, i got the arrangement the next day with fake flowers scattered through the very small plant that was $50. i tried to call them and let them know my complaint and my call was returned hours later by a lady that was not friendly and suggested i should have ordered through... read more
I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and it looked like it had sat for a week before it was even delivered. The roses were wilting and they didn’t even tie the ribbon in to a bow. It definitely was not great quality for the amount of money I paid for it.
