Jay Jackson at BNC was so helpful. On my computer, Microsoft was not allowing the preview function. Not having this function really effected my efficiency. I had asked a few other techs to help but was told I needed to wait for Microsoft to do an update. I had other interactions with Jay and decided to ask him about my problem. We have worked with BNC for several years, and Jay and the team have always been incredibly helpful. Regardless of whether it is a small or more complex problem they are always willing and happy to help. Our issues get resolved quickly and skillfully.
The service desk is awesome! One call, super quick and it gets resolved. Also they performed our server migration and ensured we were updated along the way. Great team!

Buyer Beware. This out of state company has high turnover in Dallas and low level support at best. Very difficult to work with and not responsive. Kevin France is unprofessional. Ray Champagne left a 5 star review below and he's an employee of the company. Go figure.
