FAIR WARNING !! Don’t park in the lots on the weekends cause you WILL be towed and it is $250 to get your car. The signs aren’t very big and if other cars have them blocked or parked in front of them you can’t seem them. Big trucks will park by the brick wall so you can’t see the signs. IT IS RIDICULOUS !!! They need to do something to block the lot or allow weekend use for those who are going to restaurants and businesses next door. BEWARE they will tow your car from an empty lot that no one is ever in then take a cut from the tow company. What a racket

This was my first visit to the Business Development Center. Since this is an incubator for new businesses, I had high expectations. Instead, I walked away with “building a business in my garage” vibe. The interior is a confusing maze and outdated. Not at all what I was expecting. These start-ups deserve better digs.

The staff is very unhelpful. There's rarely any guests spots available and they left a note saying they'd tow me. I went inside to address it and all they said is they can't help if there's no dedicated guests spots and that I can't park in the lot. I'm disappointed in the terrible customer service and the lack of offering a solution.
