Peter is an amazing Business Coach, who did a fantastic job of guiding our organisation through our 5 year strategic planning. He engaged very well with our committee, listening to our needs, desires and concerns while at the same time working quickly to get through a huge agenda over a period of just two days, and pulled it all together very well leaving us with a workable plan for the organisation's forseeable future. Peter Cheel has been a consultant to my company for almost 3 years. We always get Peter to facilitate our Quarterly Business Plan Reviews (4 x 1 day) and they're infinitely better as a result. Peter also facilitates at our 3 day staff retreat up the coast. I used to do it, and it was impossible to lead AND participate. I am President of Zambia's Child and we asked Peter Cheel to conduct our 5 yearly Strategic Review in co-ordination with our Australian Committee and the leadership team in our Zambia School.
