Everyone was friendly and caring. Excellent dentists.
I will continue to recommend the practice to family and friends. Overall the practice is professional and responsive to patient needs. Dr. Novak takes the time to be sure the patient understands any treatment plan recommended. He is gentle and sensitive. I have been a little frustrated with scheduling and on time performance and feel confident these issues will be addressed.

Dr. McAnly is the best. He was patient and understanding. He took the time to talk to me so that I could actually get through this frightening procedure. He was not dismissive of my fear and offered alternatives to make the whole thing easier. And the best part....ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. I really liked his assistant also, but I was so nervous I forgot to get her name. She was excellent. Thank you both. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. my experience at Bushnell family and cosmectic dentistry was the best experience that I ever had a dental office..I have always been afraid to go the dentist ever since I was a child.. After visiting Bushnell Family & Cosmectic Dentistry. Carolyn who is Dr. Novak's dental assistant she made my visit very gentle and comfortable she made all my anxieties disappear..
