I had a wonderful experience living with Bush Properties! The staff was very helpful and they hopped on any maintenance concerns I had. They checked in multiple times to be sure I was enjoying my residence and I always felt very comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking in the Athens area!

My daughter moved into 433 s church st last year. One of the properties managed by bush properties. My daughter never saw the appt until moved in as it was unavailable for inspection prior to move-in. That was our first mistake. The place was a roach motel. Roaches crawled out from everywhere during warming weather in the apartment even after repeated fumigations.
