Mr Bush is an extremely kind and honest man. I can tell he actually cares about people. He won't charge you any hidden fees like most apartments and leasing companies in town. Everything about the process is honest, straight-forward and more than caring. This is the only leasing agency I've ever genuinely trusted to be honest and caring. Highly recommend!!!
My daughter moved into 433 s church st last year. One of the properties managed by bush properties. My daughter never saw the appt until moved in as it was unavailable for inspection prior to move-in. That was our first mistake. The place was a roach motel. Roaches crawled out from everywhere during warming weather in the apartment even after repeated fumigations. It was not disclosed to me when I moved into an apartment that had bedbugs. They did treatment after I moved in and the folks doing the treatment were the ones to inform me of the fact. I had to toss out fully paid for couches and chairs after I moved out. The folks there are nice, but this shouldn't have been rented out for a while after. They aren't treating the entirety of their units over at the Ambassador places across from the Circle K. They'd have to fumigate the entire building and evacuate. Alexander and Taylor have always been professional, courteous and kind in our interactions. They have gone above and beyond to answer all questions and resolve all issues thoroughly and with patience. I feel very comfortable being a tenant of theirs, and could wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a place to rent.
