Alexander and Taylor have always been professional, courteous and kind in our interactions. They have gone above and beyond to answer all questions and resolve all issues thoroughly and with patience. I have now lived in one of their properties for over two years and I must say I am confused by some of the negative reviews. I love my apartment and have always had cordial relations with everyone I have contacted or interacted with from the company - from Mr. Bush to the maintenance coordinator, to the nice lady with the candies who I give my checks to when I go in the office (I enjoy going to the office and choose to do that over mailing them).
