Took a road trip and went to Tim Bush Car Wash in West Pasco to get all the bugs off the front of my truck. 1st wash they did a 5 second spray and sent me through. My garden hose could have washed it better. I ask them if I can go through again and if they could be more attentive to the front and spray and scrub it with their brush. Today while waiting awhile in line, one of the male workers began letting the people barely pulling in come in front in the second line getting in front of everyone else who had been waiting way longer. I went to talk to him about it and he seemed to not have cared and stated no one seems to be getting it. I have been coming to the Bush car wash since they opened the first one about 10 years ago in Richland. They will be loosing my business after all these years. I went to the Bush’s car wash on road 68 today because I had some tree droppings that were stuck on my car and the two employees working this morning spent the time to actually take these off. Which took a couple minutes because those things were stuck! So thank you to the two employees for your hard work and effort this morning. I truly appreciate your time and you guys deserve so much more than this appreciation post!

I washed my car here today and paid 13 bucks. Still filthy. This place sucks! They are usually my go to but today the guy didn't even use the brush on my car but he was using it on everyone else's. I have photo evidence. I won't come back.
