I haven't had buscemis in a while and tonight I'm slightly disappointed. The mostacolli was not very cheesey and the driver forgot my ranch for my pepperoni bread. other than that I was great.
I have ordered from here before and the food is always great. When I called yesterday because I saw online that u guys offer gluten free pizza the lady I talked to was awesome and even walked me through how they cook them differently to help cut down on cross contamination. My son has celiacs disease so this was an awesome find. Most pizza places only offer a small 4 piece for the same price and they give u 8 regular size. Great job :)
I ordered my pizza online at 5:21 pm it is now 6:27. Called to see what is going on. They said delivery is backed up will be another 45 minutes. 2 hours to get my pizza? Are you kidding me?They could have at least called to let us know it was going to take this long. This pizza better be amazing and hot when it gets here.
I love this pizza so delish I've never been disappointed with the quality or serve I got sick 2 wks ago ordered a large & mmmm. Now I'm goin to try their special today. Sounds&look's delish. Thank ya Kitty
It's really poor customer service for someone to order on the phone with you. Wait 30 minutes for your food and once it's finally ready but told that you are out of something we ordered. If the guy on the phone taking the order didn't know, someone should have called us back. Order was only supposed to take 15 minutes. It was more than double. I love Buscemis... But maybe we will make the extra drive to Newport.
