The owner has been reported to the MSP and the FBI for calling for Hovernor Whitmer to be hanged on social media. He's psychotic and doesn't deserve anyones business.
On 7/5 I watched as they misquoted every customer on timing. I watched 5 customers leave without pizza because they didnt even have their order in the oven. I was quoted 30 minutes and showed up at 30 minutes, maybe 35. I left to kill time and went to fill up gas. When I came back and didn't get my food until 60 mins, so I had time and I decided to post this. I appreciate the 10 dollar credit but I doubt we will use it. We are probably not coming back. This isn't the first time I have had problems here.
Ordered a carry out last night from Monroe Street location. Was a pizza with double cheese and pepperoni. Cheese was minimal at best and missing in spots was just the dough. Pepperoni was also minimal. Normally the pizzas are always good but this time was very disappointed.
lived by your store for 15 years or more never the same at the new location 3 time I left $5 tipp to find out your pizza sucked and cheeze bread was better then pizza and I told them the last 2 times I come to dixie your pizza was horrible wasted time and money will never go there again !!!! 👎 *

Pizza wasn’t done all the way, forgot crust toppings, forgot our extra sauce cup we paid for and our pizza sauce cup, for a large bread. Pizza was cold. Wouldn’t really recommend it
I find that the food and friendly staff. I thought that I had already had the best pizza and subs from another restaurant. But when I tried it from Buscemis I found I was wrong. They definitely had the best pizza, subs, and mostaccioli, was the absolute best. Keep doin what your doin. 😎
Great pizza but bad service. Ordered from Dixie Highway location and pizza was over an HOUR late. No call no nothing I had to call and ask why pizza was not delivered the time on receipt. Not sure if I will order again from Buscemis
