Great visit with Dr Feipel this week! Staff is professional and friendly. Diagnostic equipment is state of the art. All tests were simple to perform and extremely thorough. Eyewear choices on trend and contacts available reflect newest technology.

This is the most ridiculous practice I have ever dealt with for eyecare . While Dr. Fipel is great this practice is extremely poor. They are much more concerned about ensuring they nickel and dime, as well as, hide cost in line items. In addition their staff is trained well to be difficult when trying to obtain trial lenses. Getting in touch with any office manager is impossible. Waiting on return phone call from Dr. Fipel to see if he can have any resolution.
