Dr Millshoss went the extra mile to find out why I was having double vision. After all tests ere done, sugar level ok, it was due to having extreme dry eyes. I always get extra attention & he saw me during his lunch break!

very pleasant ppl, very helpful with any questions u may have, very helpful on helping pick out your glasses, very patient while your trying on different frames, I would recommend Busby eye care to anyone!
I have been a patient almost since they opened their doors and have referred family and friends because of the excellent care I've received. It's because of Dr Busby that I had Lasik surgery - and have been glasses free for 20+ years. I now see Dr Fiepel and I'm very happy with the care and recommendations (now I have to have cataract surgery) he's given me.
This is such a family friendly practice. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles. While waiting in the reception area Dr. Busby welcomed us and thanked us for coming in. Our appointments (there were six of us all being seen in succession) started on-time. Every staff person we engaged with was super courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable; and they also extended much grace and patience as this was the first time our children had been to the eye doctor. I have been going to see Dr. Ray at this office for years and continue to be impressed with the quality of care I receive there. Dr. Ray is a first-rate provider who is thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and helpful as well. Plus they offer delicious coffee during the exam! Highly recommend!
