Great food, fantastic ambiance (Shirlington location) While one location is in DC, there is another in Shirlington village in Arlington. The food is wonderful--- many vegetarian and vegan options as well as something for the omnivores as well. The menu contains so many different options, it is hard to choose. Great drinks (the mango martini was insanely good!). The ambiance of the place is intoxicating. Check it out!

Decent food, decent atmosphere The food here is just OK, but the prices are very reasonable, so it's a good place to go for cheap eats. The sandwiches are good, but the entrees are meh. They have a good space for live performances, and the bookstore section is cool.
A Side of Poetry Great food and desserts. Fun environment. The place to be for poetry readings/performance. The wait staff did a good job catering to our large writers' conference group. A star on the literary and culinary scene.
