ZERO STARS. Disappointing is an understatement. Customer service here is deplorable you're better off being ignored at Home Depot. They didn't tie down when they should have, lied about it, and fifteen baseboards ended up in the middle of the road..."unfortunately there's nothing they can do about it..." You have been warned.
