Burton Dentistry is a wonderful practice! Everyone on staff is friendly, professional, efficient and courteous. My husband and brother are both now patients. I highly recommend Dr. Burton!
Always friendly, helpful, and professional.
The dentist is awesome! However there has been a recent change in the front desk staff and the only one that is left is out on maternity leave. The new person is not personable, does not like to check my insurance before my appt so that I can bring the appropriate payment, and she does not act as if she wants to be helpful. All of the other girls used to verify my insurance so that I knew what was required and they all had a great personality. Hopefully once the lady that is out on leave returns things will get better. My visit to Dr. Burton's office was very pleasant (as pleasant as a visit to the dentist can be). The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was very knowledgeable and very personable. Dr. Burton took the time to explain what I needed and why. The procedure rooms are bright and clean.
