I like the email and text reminders, although they do appear at odd times. Better to send them 1-3 days in advance rather than weeks or months as is often the case. Also would suggest you drop the robo-calls. I had one at 9 am on a recent Sunday.
Your staff, as always, was wonderful to work with. I do need an estimate of the cost for the bonding of my front tooth, plus what the crown will cost for the implant I hope to get next year to plan. Also, I did not like the painted on flouride treatment--yuck. It was sticky and caught anything I tried to eat stuck to my teeth. Couldn't wait to brush it off. The rest was great!
I'm very pleased with the quality of dental care and the cheerful nature of the Burton Dental Practice and staff.
It is always stressful going to the dentist! But you guys listen and are considerate and make the whole "ordeal" workable. So thanks for that!
