Had a windshield replaced in 2010 put the wrong windshield in there was a noticeable gap between the glass and the trim. Refused to fix it unless I paid for another windshield. Do not go here.
Worst place ever!!!! Damaged my vehicle and didn't follow the procedure to get paid from the bank and then won't let me take my vehicle home after sitting there two hours after close for him to fix it. Very unprofessional place. Not to mention when o called to check on before I went up there and got hung up on twice.
I called them and asked for a price for a windshield was told to hang on and they hung up on me. I called back and they guy said he didn't have time to talk they were busy and said he would call me back. Hum, didn't take my name or phone number. Pretty poor business practice. Needless to say I called someone else and I have a new windshield.
Had drivers side regulator fixed.. was given a lifetime warranty.. 5 months later the window just fell.. he has given every excuse under the sun why he can not fix it.. the last one was he couldn't find the part.. but that was a lie... i bought one 20 minutes later and had some one reliable put it in and i have a life time from the store.... will never deal with this shop again.... Buyer Beware...
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! had an appointment today at noon - that Ricky decided to set up because my time wasn't early enough for him.. I drove an hour is crappy snow and then he wasn't there - and I called him 20 times and he wouldn't answer.. His voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message... So I text his cell phone and its not 11 pm and I still haven't heard back from him.. I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. I would NEVER refer anyone here..
Great guys, won't take my glass anywhere else.. best price in the county
I was so very impressed by their service and attention to detail. We sat and waited while our car was done and they were extremely friendly. We traveled 55 miles to get the window replaced because they were 150 less than all the others. I will continue to use their services in the future.
