I witness the owner of this business rummage through somebody's vehicle take narcotics change p**** whatever he could get his hands on out of a vehicle. and there were lines of cocaine on the counter! I also know that the owner of this business was wanting to pay people to go bust glass out of other people's cars so they had nowhere to go but other than to his business to get it fixed not to mention have tires slashed etc etc fully automatic weapons. and I heard out of his own mouth that he knows how to kill somebody and use... read more
Terrible customer service went there a couple a months ago 6:00 appointment and he wasn’t there then he came and said I have to leave I said okay he said about 2 hours. So I left called Henderson glass on miller rd for $40 more they came out and did it while I was at work
RecommendedBURTON AUTO GLASS is a very great place to do business. I have used them for several years, I own a auto body and paint business and have several Windows of all sorts done there by Ricky. This business is prompt and do a wonderful job every time I've used them and I use them several times a month. They are not only a great Window place but they have always treated me professionally and curiosity as well!! I give them a 100℅ on being a great price giving business that is keeping money in our community and do a wonderful job.

This place is very very hit or miss. They are very inexpensive but very unreliable. You might save some money but you also might get screwed. Do not use them if you are counting on the job being done correctly or on time.
this is the worst place of business I've been into in years they don't answer their phones they're never there when they tell you to come in ordered a windshield took a week to get it and then never called us to let us know that the window was in and then we went to get install they mess us around for over a week just to get it installed
The guy was late and there is no customer service whatsoever. The job got done only because we were there. I don't recommend this place to anybody
