A 30min job has been 3days I have not gotten a call for a delay or nothing I’m currently filing a police report
Clean, fast (took about an hour, way less than I expected & was told by anyone else, plus they were the only ones willing to get me in now - everywhere else was saying no until after Christmas), and professional! Goes above & beyond the call of duty (cleaned the glass shards 100% out of the car & did a little extra cleaning), plus it's a local business. Won't go anywhere else from now on. Accepts cash & check, not card, but neighboring businesses have ATMs. My own fault for not making sure, not going to ding them for that.
Worst place to do ANY business with. Customer service does not exist at this place and he can’t even return a phone call. Let’s face it, once he has your car what can you do?
As some of the other reviewers have stated. The customer service is non existent. A three hour job turned into a three day job. The first delay was because non of the workers didn't want to out in the rain to get the needed glasses. Called, and was informed "we are just cleaning it up - be ready when you get here." Nothing was done, and the workers were watching TV as my friend sat in a freezing waiting room in tears. Read the other reviews and go elsewhere.
They put in my windshield a couple years ago and have had a few problems but he's always made things right and fixed them. Thanks again Ricky.
Customers beware! You get what you pay for and this place is cheap for a reason. Take your business elsewhere. Left my car with no window out in the rain!!! Said to drop car off in the morning, that he'd be there at 8:30am. Wasn't there at 9:30. When I called him he was still in bed. Promised to have it done on the SECOND day (he messed up the first day after I left the car all day and he didn't even work on it until 6pm) in the morning, took until 8pm AND charged me more than he said!
