I didn’t get to sit outside, but they have a full bar and fun seating around the torches..
Great patio, great service
It was good. We went for burgers. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. Our server was also great. Probably one of the best cosmos I have had in a long time. We sat outside and they made it nice with fans. My only problem were the flying bugs when our food came. They could use some citronella candles or bug machines. Love it at Delray Market Place.
Went there for my birthday this evening just me and my wife. Have not been there in a while as the last time it was horrible. We walked in and the host acted like she was annoyed she had to seat us. Waiter asked us if we would like water and never got it. Order an appetizer, and meals came out before. Never got it. Not even an apology from anyone. Waiter took my drink when I wasn't finished and never even asked me if I wanted another. Wife asked for wine and they sent her a Cozmo. Took 15 minutes to get that. This place suck... read more

I am writing this review for my family that I actually recommended to go to Burt and Max’s on Saturday and they were a party of 8 visiting from New York and they were treated rudely and indicated that there was a 2 hour wait because they said that they needed to make a reservation when actually the restaurant was almost empty we feel that we were discriminated and I don’t think that is good service with the type of establishment this is.... Food and service was good. Here is the problem, there was a dozen flies hanging on the lamps over the tables as well as dust and greasy dirt. The cleanliness needs to be addressed. Pretty gross. Not in the same league as Houston’s , J Alexander’s or Yard House.
