I want to give it 5 stars as this was my 3rd visit. But sadly it will be my last. I had a reservation was seated 10 minutes early and waited an additional 10 mins after my reservation time before the waiter even introduced himself. We then waited 10 mins for our drinks, not even water was sent to our table while we waited for a waiter. Service was slow, chicken was incredibly dry that came with the chicken & waffles order, both steaks we ordered were under cooked ( we asked Medium) they cane over rare. I will be back. Impressed with the service and the Flat Iron Steak was one of the better ones.
Burt & Max's is our favorite slice of heaven in all of South Florida. Whether it is a romantic dinner, a meal with friends, a quick lunch, appetizers or a late night dessert, we look forward to each and every time we get to spend time with all of the folks at Burt and Max. Last night, dinners included chopped salad with grilled shrimp, salmon, a huge burger, and my personal obsession--the blackened mahi sandwich. Yummy yummy!!

I just had a bowl of the salmon chowder! Eclectic menu! Great fish tacos! Not so fond of the pizza, but you can't miss with the salads and fish dishes. nice wine and spirits collection! Great music outside concert 6-8 on Wednesdays during the season. Prelude to ladies night that Burt and Max should take advantage of!
