Really some of the best customer service I’ve seen in awhile! I only got my tire patched but the manager, (who I think might be named Andrew?) is really well spoken and polite. In the short time I sat in the waiting room I saw many customer interactions and they were all very efficient and helpful and friendly. I had a flat tire before I came to Utah. Had a major tire company that I believed repaired the flat… when I got to Utah it was 20lbs low. I drove to Burt Bros and Jonathan helped me out big time and fixed the flat… took a tiny piece of metal out of my tire… the exact same tiny piece I showed the other major tire company… my bad though I should have checked their work…12 hours later still completely inflated. Awesome job Burt Bros Tire Service.
My name is actually Greg not Craig. But they got my truck in at the last minute for a flat repair. They didn't charge for it. Even though they stayed late to fix it. Thanks.
Such a delight to have my car serviced there. The staff was amazing. No hidden fees or surprises. Frank and Jon were great. Looking forward to future car treatments from them. Oh and special shout out to the girl who serviced our car. Elaina, I believe. Great job!!!
