Reiner is a beast! We pulled in 10 minutes before they closed on Saturday and he was happy to help us out! He quickly got us our registration and we were back on the road!
Compared Sunrise and Burts for a new wheel and tire setup. Having never done business with Burts, I sent an email inquiry for the setup I was interested in and received no reply in two days. Went into the shop personally to get pricing. I am totally stunned. This is the place that through the years I have brought my Ford motorhome for a front end alignment. They told me they don't?? And referred me somewhere else
As promised to the entire team I am giving 10 stars for their service and professionalism. I had a horrendous experience at the Hurricane Walmart where they did not repair a flat tire. As a result that turned into a tire needing to be replaced. Burt Brothers went above and beyond to help me out with the challenges that are too long to discuss.
