I am so happy with the service they have. They are amazing. I am impressed with the waiting area. They have toys and vending machine. Makes waiting for your car so smooth when you have your kids.
The staff at Burt Brothers - Highland are awesome! They are friendly and knowledge. They will let us know when a maintenance service needs to be done, but also let us know if we can hold off another month or so for the expense. We've had to use the tire warranty in another state. Burt Brothers helped us get the transaction taken care of without a hitch. With regular oil changes and good tires, Burt Brothers makes sure our cars our running so well that we've never been stranded on the side of the road.
They broke two lug nuts and refused to cover the damage. I have been coming here since moving to Riverton 3 years ago for oil changes and tire rotation. Today they informed me that one lug nut was over tightened and they can remove it without breaking the lug. In addition, they cross threaded another lug today so I am forced to wait 2-hours for a tire rotation because they have to rethread the lug they damaged. Third time my girl friend has had the oil changed. They rotated the tires and came in saying she needed lug nuts (stripped). They are the last ones to take the tires off! Also diagnosed another problem so we’ll see.
Great personal service. They give me options on price points to choose from.
