Recently I read a negative review for Burt Brothers in Farmington. The complaint was that they were told a time and they were late and that they were inconvenienced . I have used them for many different automotive needs. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. I can only speak of my own experience over many years with them. Do NOT go to these guys! They replaced a tire $300 that did not need to replaced, charged my wife $100 for a Special oil change and recently supposedly changed my transmission oil - which actually was counter productive to fixing my transmission (according to Tanner Transmission). Their special transmission flush only replaced about 1/3 of the oil and did NOT replace the filter. They are specialists at upselling and misrepresenting their services.
The people here are amazing! I was in a situation that I did not plan for and they were the closest business that could help. I went in and they were all so nice. They gave me my options and helped me so much. I appreciate all the employees Who went out of their way to help me. I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!!!!

I work in retail (smiths)where we look for opportunities to connect with the customers on a personal level daily. I just experienced that with one of your associates Jack. My tire pressure light came on while traveling south on I 15 tonight. I didn't know if it meant a flat or just a leak, but I pulled over anyways. I have caught the workers on 3 seperate times either not rotating tires properly, not balancing, and then not balancing all four tires. I was informed that they only balance the tires that will go on the front. I will never use these guys again. 3 strikes and your out, even if you did try to make it right once the errors have been pointed out to management.
Tires are tires, so where I go is typically based on price and service. I went to Burt Brothers based on the recommendation of a colleague and now can't imagine taking my business there again. I had set up the purchase/installation of my tires the day before by phone and indicated the need to get in and out. I was told it would be no more than 45 minutes.
