What’s the point giving an option to set up an appointment when they can’t get you in when you scheduled the appointment. “oh sorry can’t get you in today. “ but I have an appointment it’s first come first serve.

I was in salt lake for business on Saturday and noticed I had a nail in my front tire. I took it over to the closest tire shop and even though they were very busy (it was a Saturday) they took my car and had it repaired in less than an hour. To top off the fact that they finished my car so quickly while I waited, they also did not charge me for the service. I definitely will be using these guys next time I have to come down to the valley and need any tire service.
Installed wrong size tires on my trailer on purpose they were out of the size I needed hope a bigger size would work didn't work rubbed every where made a simple tire purchase an all day affair Still didn't get the tires I want and the said they had this is at the Riverton store
Communication is horrible come in at 7am for oil change and tire rotation. Was told it no wait shouldn't take long 50mins later I see my car pulled out. Nothing done...waiting on filter. I then asked, have you at least done the tire rotation they said no... To me they do not use their time wisely they should of done the things that could and informed me when they were aware they didn't not have the filter in stock that they were would have to have it picked up and it will be taken longer than an hour.
