I went to have my Air Conditioner fixed and had to return three times. They said I did not tell them the right information. They actually cut a wire and my fog lights went out. They kept fixing the wrong thing. My husband went in for the fourth time and asked for half of the money back. They said your wife told the wrong information. They charged my son $602 to fix his car yesterday and as he drove away he said it sounded funny. It is now 1:37 am the next morning, and he is stranded on the freeway with the exact same problem they were supposed to have fixed, waiting for a tow truck. Not happy. ��
Let me start off by saying me and my wife have been coming to Burt brothers for years and with in the last year I have bought a brand new set of rims and tires from this place but they have lost our business from now on my wife and her mother went in today to have a tire looked at on her truck for a slow leak issue and when she got there three of their mechanics proceeded to hump the air and say things behind my wife's back and when my mother inlaw brought it to her attention and made a complaint about how they were acting t... read more
