Was great when his Father ran the practice. Now, rude staff, rude receptionists. Not at all helpful & very concerning how nobody wants to help or even answer any questions. My entire family used to see his Father, & William. Sad to say, it's a far cry from the family practice it was before.
They always treat me very good at this office which is a surprise cause I'm a horrible patient I never go get any test or basically anything done that they tell me to do to help my health..I'm lazy but I'm going to give it another try lol.
My attorney recommended that I see Dr. Burstein after my slip & fall & I have zero complaints about him or the staff. I've decided to check the reviews out bc I am actually considering changing my mom PCP to this doctor & wanted to further research him. I am baffled at the bad reviews!! I highly recommend seeing for yourself how great of a doctor he is.
Tried to be a new patient and was given the run around for 3 weeks by Briana and any other receptionist. Unprofessional, don’t waste your time.
