Excellent customer service! I work in disability support and brought a client into the store one day to order a part for her car. The young lady who served us (I think her name is Alison) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was great to see my client so well looked after.
I tried 5 spare part shops to get a replacement thermo fan for my T-bucket hot rod and Burton's Bendigo had the only one that was going to fit and the lady that served me was really helpful with her knowledge and found what I needed in no time . AWESOME.
After crawling from Elmore to Epsom at 60 kph I checked the drive belt pulleys and one had spat a bearing. I needed a tensioner pulley and a drive belt. Bursons had them in stock. As usual. Now I can drive back 2 hours to my home. Couldn,t be happier for their great service...Again. #1 for parts by a long way.
