Our bearded dragon chased and ended up biting a toad in our yard this afternoon. I saw online that Burrstone has a vet on staff that sees reptiles. I called and they saw us within half an hour. Our bearded dragon ended up passing away before we even got there but they were very kind and caring. I’m not even a client of theirs so to see us so quickly and not charge us for a visit was very much appreciated. If we end up getting another reptile we will definitely be taking it there. Thank you again Burrstone.
We received a sympathy card in the mail today for the recent loss of our Niko. It was a beautiful and very touching sentiment that we appreciate so much! We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Burrstone Animal Hospital in the past, but today’s was beyond anything we could’ve asked for or expected. Thank you for everything, the Blando family

Haven't had a cat in a million years until smokey mountain blaze found my door and way into my heart. Dr Thompson (now retired) gave me very detailed instructions on diet to keep smokey at her camera ready best. No dairy, no fish, cheese, no people food ... And why ... Along with a detailed printed out list of which & what commercial cat food he approved. We've religiously followed his orders and smoke remains in the best of health which is our prime objective. The care we receive is top notch. All of the staff is caring and helpful. Dr Prichard is wonderful with our senior dog. I highly recommend this veterinarian office.
I don’t bring my dogs to this facility but I did call their emergency service last night after my dog ate the gel pack that comes inside a package of raw chicken. I was unsettled with the response my vet gave me and when I called here for a second opinion the gentleman answering the calls was very helpful. He got me a number to call of a place that would assist me, even though my dog was not seen there. Everything turned out fine for my pup thanks to the help I received. Thank you Burrstone!!!
