I went in an absolute emergency as it was the closest vet near my home. My 5 pound Pomeranian ate a NyQuil. I rushed into the lobby sobbing with my pup drooling all over herself. The receptionist quickly ran to the back and told the doctor what was up. Yet the doctor was ‘too busy’ to even look at my dog. No other cars in the parking lot. an empty but open vet turned away a pomeranian in an emergency situation offering only a poison control number on a sticky note and a casual mention of an emergency vet in Syracuse. I am rock solid now in my decision to keep using veterinarians fairly far from our home since it is apparently what must be done to find any compassion and will to help animals. AWFUL place.

I have Dr Perry who takes care of my dog, Jaxzie and she always calls me when I leave her a message. No matter what time. That's what I like in my Doctor!!!!
All the Drs and other staff are great Dr Roach,Dr Prichard,and Dr Meenan are who I have had the pleasure of seeing at different times with my Lizzie and Max All are wonderful
I am new to the area and needed a vet. Burrstone Animal Hospital was recommended. Dr. Prichard took excellent care of my puppy. She was very thorough and ran all appropriate tests. She was very kind and patient. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend Burrstone to anyone needing a vet.
The staff & Dr. Pritchard are very professional and friendly. The care provided along with concern are exemplary. I highly recommend Burrstone Animal Hospital!
